As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Oracle PL/SQL Data Developer to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). If you're enthusiastic about database optimization, financial systems, and engineering excellence, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Perform analysis and programming in PL/SQL in Oracle for Financial Entities projects.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL code, including: Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Packages.
• Design, develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using PL/SQL on Oracle databases to integrate and transform large datasets.
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ETL workflows to ensure data integrity and efficient processing.
• Support UATs of projects and resolve production incidents.
• Optimize queries and processes to improve overall database performance.
• Design efficient data structures to support new developments.
• Provide support to development teams and resolve complex database-related issues.
• Collaborate with QA teams on performance testing and data validation.
• Document technical processes and apply best coding practices.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced PL/SQL over Oracle databases.
• UNIX Shell (basic).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid work model).
• Experiencia with Java and GIT.

Nice-to-Have

• Treasury knowledge (basic).
• Advanced Spanish
