COMPENSATION & BENEFITS COORDINATION – LATAM

A multinational services company, located in the southern region of São Paulo, is seeking a Compensation, Benefits, Indicators, and Budget Coordinator to join its Human Resources team.

POSITION CHALLENGES

This professional will be responsible for planning, structuring, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits policies and practices at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and legal compliance.

The role will also involve managing HR indicators, budgets, and financial analyses for the area, providing strategic support for leadership decision-making.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Policy, provision, communication, and calculation of Variable Compensation programs (profit-sharing, bonuses, and recognition / gratification awards).
  • Management of the Annual Compensation Cycle, including merit actions and bonus calculation.
  • Management of operations related to insured and non-insured benefits.
  • Conducting Compensation and Benefits surveys.
  • Structuring and monitoring HR performance indicators (KPIs), turning data into strategic insights for management.
  • Planning, controlling, and analyzing the personnel and HR resources budget.
  • Controlling headcount / FTE numbers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Given the scope and reporting line of this position, advanced communication skills in English are required.

Hiring model : CLT.

Work arrangement : Hybrid 2x3 – two days on-site and three days remote.

Type : Multinational.
