COMPENSATION & BENEFITS COORDINATION – LATAM
A multinational services company, located in the southern region of São Paulo, is seeking a Compensation, Benefits, Indicators, and Budget Coordinator to join its Human Resources team.
POSITION CHALLENGES
This professional will be responsible for planning, structuring, and managing the company’s compensation and benefits policies and practices at both strategic and operational levels, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and legal compliance.
The role will also involve managing HR indicators, budgets, and financial analyses for the area, providing strategic support for leadership decision-making.

Work arrangement : Hybrid 2x3 – two days on-site and three days remote.
