Job Title : SDR / Account Executive (Genetic Testing Industry)

The client company is a genetic testing and research company based in the United States. Leveraging artificial intelligence, we analyze customers’ genetic information to predict potential diseases and provide insights that help individuals make informed decisions about their health.
2. Role Background
We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge, strong communication skills, and sales expertise. The SDR will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, conducting outreach, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle—from initial contact to deal closure.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to connect with clients across diverse regions, including South America. A biology or related background is a plus.
3. Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations using the company’s training materials to explain products and services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English (and Spanish when applicable), ensuring strong verbal and written communication.
- Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor.
- Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward.
- Conduct outreach via phone and email, as well as respond to inbound calls.
- Build relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Peru.
- Participate in the hiring process by recording an application video and delivering a presentation using company training materials.

Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industriesEducational background in Biology / Medical fields is a plus.Strong organizational skills : track discussions, manage follow-ups, prioritize effectivelyFamiliarity with selling technology-driven solutions (AI, SaaS, or digital platforms) strongly preferred.Advanced English proficiency : clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently (accent acceptable if communication is clear).5. Preferred Qualifications
Spanish language proficiency for engaging South American and Hispanic clients.Experience managing the full sales cycle independently.6. Schedule
Full-time : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm PSTFlexible working hours may be required based on client schedules across different time zones.
