The right candidate is proactive, sales-savvy, and operationally sharp, someone who can anticipate needs, own follow-ups, and streamline processes.

You will assist with end-to-end recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring the best talent for a variety of roles, including marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical positions.

Your success will be measured by your ability to manage the recruitment pipeline, handle communication, and take ownership of the recruitment process.Key Responsibilities : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placementExecute global recruiting strategies with a focus on Latin America (LatAm)Focus on marketing, e-commerce, IT, and technical recruitment, filling roles with specialized candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and requirementsSource and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referralsScreen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fitMaintain and update the candidate database using Manatal (ATS)Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clientsProvide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment processAssist in improving recruitment strategies and tools for efficiencySoftware / Platforms / Tools : Manatal (ATS)Google SuiteLinkedinSlackAsanaZoomOnline job portalsQualifications : Must be based in Brazil or any Latin American countryAt least 3-5 years of freelancing and recruitment experienceStrong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 / C2 level)Comfortable working reactively on time-sensitive tasks, yet also highly proactiveProficient in using tech tools and platforms to streamline tasksStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectivelyAbility to quickly learn and implement new tools and platformsShift Schedule : Monday to Friday, 4-6 hours per day (20-30 hours per week), Brazil Time
