About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Governance Analyst to work strategically and operationally in managing budgets, contracts, and relationships with technology vendors.This role is responsible for ensuring that IT governance practices are aligned with the company's internal policies, guaranteeing compliance, efficiency, and control of all processes related to technology costs and contracts.Responsibilities and AttributionsResponsibilitiesManage and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost predictability and control.Oversee and track technology vendor contracts, from negotiation to renewal or termination.Handle payment processes, coordinating with Procurement and Finance teams.Support the creation, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to IT Governance.Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Provide support during internal and external IT audits.Act as the point of contact for clarifications regarding IT governance processes and policies.Requisites and QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience in IT governance, contract management, and budgeting.Knowledge of procurement processes, negotiation, and vendor management.Familiarity with governance standards and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, or similar).
Strong skills in financial data analysis and budget control.Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel is a plus).
English level B2 or higher (upper-intermediate to advanced).
