Legacy Strong is hiring a Credit Commando to join our growing 7FF teams. This role is for high-performers who know credit inside and out, and who thrive in direct, client-facing interactions.
About the Role
As a Credit Commando, you’ll be the primary guide for our clients : analyzing their credit reports, prescribing action steps, building funding plans, and walking them through every stage with clarity and confidence. You will manage 30+ clients simultaneously while making each one feel supported and understood.
We’re looking for someone sharp, professional, and fluent in English — someone who can make clients feel comfortable while ensuring no detail is missed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review credit reports and prescribe actionable steps (repair, pay down cards, ready for funding).
- Build tailored funding plans and walk clients through them step by step.
- Onboard clients effectively, ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
- Communicate directly with clients via calls, chats, and bootcamps.
- Collect backend payments and upsell additional services.
- Capture strong client testimonials to showcase results.
- Track all accounts to ensure 100% client follow-through — no one slips through the cracks.
- Escalate and resolve client challenges quickly and effectively.

Credit Experience (Mandatory) : Must have proven experience reading credit reports and building funding strategies (applications without this will not be reviewed).Client-Facing Experience : Skilled at communicating with clients, building trust, and guiding them through complex processes.Strong English Proficiency : Excellent verbal and written English required.Organization & Attention to Detail : Ability to manage 30+ clients simultaneously without errors.Sales / Customer Service Experience : Comfortable upselling, guiding, and managing long-term client relationships.Preferred Qualifications
Background in both credit repair and funding.Experience with onboarding processes and gathering testimonials.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.How to Apply
