This role requires project leadership skills and the ability to face challenges promptly to maintain schedules and deliver results.Process Design EngineeringCarry out a series of activities under the joint guidance of a multidisciplinary team, to design and continuously improve manufacturing processes or materials and process systems.Improvement / InnovationIdentify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.Knowledge Management SystemHelp others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.Project ManagementWork within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.Personal Capability BuildingDevelop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.Job DimensionsLocalização : LEBR, Contact with internal employees, suppliers, customers and other Lucy Electric units.Reports to : Production Manager or Production Coordinator.Direct Reports : N / ACollaborates with : Cross-functional teams Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain.Key AccountabilitiesCo-ordination of New Product Introduction and liaison with Engineering design teams on changes to improve assembly.Working with the site operations team to document current processes in terms of line balancing and bottlenecks.Focus on improving quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.Documenting process flow charts.To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required by the leadership team in order to maintain alignment with company goals and objectives.Maintain an up-to-date awareness of advanced manufacturing technologies.Maintain and organize documents for audits, as well as carry out internal audits for SGI maintenance.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsGeneral EducationStudying higher education;Basic Office Package;White Belt.General Experience1+ years on production processes.Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement manufacturing tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.Behavioural CompetenciesExcellenceKnows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.
