Lead client discussions regarding technical requirements and design.
Design and implement integration processes using MuleSoft.
Demonstrated experience in API development and connecting MuleSoft with Salesforce and other systems.
Develop software programs according to technical specifications, adhering to programming standards and procedures, performing unit testing, implementing program modifications, and resolving issues by diagnosing and correcting logic and coding errors.
Gather requirements and design integration architecture, facilitating client discussions on data ingestion using files, streaming, bulk loads, APIs, or direct database connections.
Proficiency in Apex, Classes, Batch, Triggers, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, databases, JIRA, and Git version control is essential.
Experience working in agile projects and familiarity with SCRUM, Kanban methodologies, and agile tools.
Provide insights and contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of applications and programs.
Execute detailed and complex unit tests, secure code testing, and issue resolution.
Support integration, system, and performance testing, as well as code optimization.
Identify and promote opportunities for code, configuration, procedure, and technique reuse.

Bachelor’s degree required
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience required.
Technical skills – MuleSoft development.
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.com, including creating custom objects, fields, buttons, links, record types, formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Development and customization of Salesforce.com applications using reusable Lightning components, Lightning pages, Lightning data services, Apex classes, Apex triggers, page layouts, sharing rules, static resources, and migration tools within Sales and Service Cloud, including portal development for customers and partners.
Practical experience with Web Services / SOA and Metadata APIs.
Experience creating custom Web Services to handle inbound requests and outbound calls to external Web Services.
Proficiency in writing SOQL and SOSL queries and adhering to governance guidelines.
Web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript scripting languages, DHTML, SOAP, and AJAX.
Hands-on experience implementing data security using access controls.
Proficiency in migrating data from legacy applications to Salesforce using the Import Wizard and Data Loader Utility.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development tools using Agile frameworks and methodologies (Jira / Confluence, Visual Studio, Eclipse).
Experience managing multi-country implementations and multiple Salesforce.com instances.
Familiarity with best practices across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Lightning platforms.
Experience configuring and customizing managed Field Service packages is a plus.
MuleSoft Platform Developer certifications are desirable for this role.
