We are looking a highly organized and strategic Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design and bid management process for complex proposals in the [IT / Technology / Services] sector. This role is responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer solicitations, both in public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and qualify new opportunities through working with leads and account leadership and create value propositions which can be reused in pursuits and client pitches.
Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to bid submission and post-submission clarifications.
Understand and Document Client Problems and provide IT solutions to address them
Drive proactive proposals by working with clients and account teams
Drive the contract preparation process from strategy discussions through contract preparation and negotiations.
Analyze RFP / RFI / RFQ requirements and define bid strategy in alignment with sales, technical, and delivery stakeholders.
Articulate the differentiators and value of the service line to client stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external contributors (Pre-Sales, Legal, Delivery, Finance, Partners, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality proposal delivery.
Develop bid plans, schedules, and compliance matrices to manage tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Facilitate value proposition development and ensure the proposal clearly articulates benefits, differentiators, and business impact.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong experience in solution design, bid / proposal management, sales support, or pre-sales roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. [Additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.]
