OverviewEmployer Industry : Home Infusion ServicesWhat to ExpectSalary up to $278,983.55Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time off and bonding time off401K retirement savings plan with company match and HSA company matchOpportunities for professional growth and development within the organizationSupportive and inclusive work culture that values employee contributionsJob ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the chronic business sales plan aligned with national goalsTrain, coach, and supervise the chronic therapies sales teamCollaborate with operations and other sales teams to enhance customer service and sales effortsIdentify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and targeted physician group practicesMonitor market trends and develop sales strategies to maximize business opportunitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of recent office-based physician sales leadership experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experienceProven record of success in sales leadership rolesResults-oriented mindset with expertise in coaching and developing teamsStrong analytical skills to assess sales data and drive improvementWillingness to travel at least 60% of the time for business purposesPreferred QualificationsMBA in Business Administration with at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experiencePrevious home healthcare experienceBackground in selling to Neurology, Gastroenterology, and / or Allergy / Immunology specialtiesParticipation in task forces or initiative teams demonstrating impact beyond immediate responsibilitiesUnderstanding of billing and reimbursement procedures for medical offices and hospitals#HomeInfusion #SalesLeadership #HealthcareCareers #ProfessionalGrowth #InclusiveWorkCultureWe prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
