Key Responsibilities : To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.To ensure positive customer experience through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / reopen cases.To participate in creating proposals for Service Improvement Plans and drive business growth.To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLAs for the team.To provide support for on-call escalations / L3 level support and incident / problem management.Essential Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong cloud platforms knowledge, particularly AWS.Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, including CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins.Experience with infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication / collaboration skills.Languages : English and Portuguese.
