Technical Project Manager – Core Networks / Mobile & Converged Networks

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Core Networks / Mobile & Converged Networks with strong expertise in mobile and converged network architectures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nokia network solutions, virtualization technologies, and key signaling protocols, and will play a crucial role in aligning network strategies with customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and fixed / converged network architectures.
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments using Nokia CBIS VMs , containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms such as NCS.
• Work with Nokia network elements and third-party systems including CMM, CMG, CNCS, Titan, HSS / HLR, and CSD .
• Troubleshoot and optimize signaling protocols such as SIP, Diameter, and S7 .
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver network solutions aligned with customer and Nokia objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and project risks effectively.
• Provide deep analytical support and troubleshoot complex network issues.
