Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in building the tech that powers this mission. You'll work across the entire stack, shaping features that directly impact lives.

2. Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end development of scalable web features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

Write clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and mobile engineers—to build seamless experiences

Architect and implement efficient APIs and database structures to support performance at scale

Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and thoughtful technical decision-making

3. Requirements

7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Deep experience building full-stack applications with MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js

Comfortable working in distributed teams and following remote-first workflows

4. Nice to Haves

Experience with U.S.-based startups or fast-paced tech environments

Background in healthtech or other impact-driven platforms

Familiarity with mobile integration or React Native projects
