About the Role 🎯

We’re looking for a Product Operations Analyst to join our Merchant Operation Strategy team, focusing on Stacked Orders Optimization .

In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and implementing strategies that enhance delivery efficiency, improve merchant experience, and strengthen overall operational performance.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery efficiency of stacked orders ;
• Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and make data-driven adjustments;
• Continuously monitor performance and analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvements within stacked orders;
• Evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and integrate insights to enhance the experience of customers, merchants, and riders ;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and Customer Support teams;
• Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their challenges and needs;
• Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to translate operational needs and market opportunities;
• Ensure market requirements are comprehensive and aligned with business goals;
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation, training materials, and product guides to ensure smooth onboarding and product adoption.
