The role focuses on acquiring and managing institutional / VIP clients across LATAM, Europe, and APAC markets.ResponsibilitiesAcquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional / VIP clients).
Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and understanding their needs.Build customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.Analyze user behavior, identify needs, prepare key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with various departments to provide solutions and product feedback.RequirementsSales experience with clear KPI achievement (customer acquisition / origination).
Familiarity with CRM tools.Ability to work autonomously within a sales team; experience with regional sales teams and hosting events to acquire new customers.At least 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales).
