About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager (Legal) to take full ownership of our third-party vendor contracts. This operational role requires a pragmatic, hands-on professional who can quickly standardize our contracting process and mitigate commercial risks.

💼 Reports to : Local CEO, Global Head of Legal Department

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Contract Standardization : Assess the current state of vendor agreements (approx. 50-60 external contractors) and develop several streamlined, legally sound contract templates for routine operational and marketing expenditures
• Template Ownership : Create and manage a library of standardized contract documents, ensuring ease of use for internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to significantly reduce time-to-signature
• Contract Lifecycle Management : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for new and existing contracts, including drafting, execution, revisions, amendments, and renewals
• Risk Mitigation : Conduct initial risk assessments on existing and proposed contracts, identifying crucial clauses and necessary adjustments before execution
• Cross-Functional Support : Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams (especially Marketing) to provide guidance on contract preparation and compliance
• Internal Alignment : Ensure all regional contract needs and changes are aligned with the new directorate structure being established in each territory
• Legal Collaboration : Collaborate with the centralized legal team for review of complex international agreements and high-risk contracts
