We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Support Analyst to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage installations, and maintain software systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
- Generate and provide IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
- Coordinate installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
- Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
- Update user information in organizational systems.
- Manage and update user access for IT applications for new and existing employees.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Familiarity with organizational systems and user access management.Bilingual : Portuguese (Fluent) and English (Advanced).
