• What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced Customer & Application Developer (CAD) to join our LAMEX Product Technology team, focused on the Polyethylene Product Solutions Portfolio.

Based in São Paulo, the position covers all Latin America, working with customers across the region and as part of cross-functional teams.

The CAD will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, providing technical guidance, support, and developing new customer solutions.

The role includes identifying and developing opportunities by demonstrating the value of performance products to support ExxonMobil's PE business and engaging with the entire value chain.

The new employee will also lead and support projects requiring global interaction, offering the chance to showcase a wide range of skills.

• What you will do
• Develop and prioritize technical aspects of new business opportunities, actively participating in Application Development Teams and adapting global solutions to the Latin American market.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create value-maximizing solutions and deliver presentations, trainings, and technical materials to various audiences.
• Manage sensitive customer information, document progress of opportunities, and utilize experience to identify cross-functional opportunities.
• Openly and directly interact with Senior Technical and Commercial leaders around the globe

• Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering and / or related field
• Relevant industry experience.

Experience in PE highly desirable

• Availability to travel : 25-50% of time
• Advanced English
• Intermediate Spanish
• Microsoft Office package
• Master's degree or PhD is nice to have
