🌍 MANAGING DIRECTOR (Sales & Operations) – São Paulo

Our client – a leading in industrial manufacturer – is seeking a business and operations savvy Managing Director to lead and scale its Brazilian subsidiary.

This is a high-impact executive role with full P&L ownership, international reporting and responsibility to drive profitable growth, market expansion and operational excellence .

🔹 Key Focus

  • Proven experience in plastic transformation or adjacent manufacturing industries
  • Strong backbone in B2B industrial sales, business development, strategic negotiations
  • Leadership of international SMALL production sites , ensuring global alignment and local agility
  • Development and execution of market strategies across diverse industrial sectors
  • Relentless focus on results, profitability, and sustainable growth

🔹 What We’re Looking For :

  • 15–20 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Strong track record in building client portfolios and scaling business performance
  • International exposure, ideally reporting into European SMEs
  • A global mindset, fluent in English
