We are seeking an experiencedDiscovery Analyst (Due Diligence Specialist)to supportM&A (Merger & Acquisition)discovery and due diligence activities within IT Infrastructure and Digital systems.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments, and will play a critical role in identifying, documenting, and assessing systems and data repositories of acquisition targets.

This role requires a blend oftechnical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaborationto ensure smooth integration, transition, and risk mitigation during M&A activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and documentnew and existing systems, applications, data repositories, SaaS solutions, and digital systemstargeted for M&A activities.

Conductvirtual and onsite discovery sessionsto assess IT environments of acquisition targets.

Capture and document theIT infrastructure and networking landscape , highlighting security risks and recommending remediation actions.

Analyze and report onapplications, cloud services, and digital assetsto support due diligence and migration planning.

Collaborate with business leaders, architects, IT teams, and vendors toproduce high-quality system documentation , including high / low-level designs, build documents, and DR (Disaster Recovery) materials.

Identify required user access, dependencies, and system interconnections to support integration and disposition planning.

Prepare and presentdiscovery reports, due diligence findings, and progress updatesfor internal and external stakeholders.

Supporttransition and migration activitiespost-discovery, ensuring systems are accurately documented and compliant with enterprise standards.

Technical Skills – Primary

Strong understanding ofIT Infrastructure , includingTelephony, End-User Devices (EUD), Printing, Data, Applications, and Digital platforms .

Expertise inCloud Services(SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, DaaS),Microservices , andAPIs .

Proficiency in technologies such asCitrix, VMWare, Exchange, HP Hardware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SAN Storage, SCCM, M365, and Azure .

Solid knowledge of howapplications interact with Windows Operating Systems .

Experience inM&A processes , includingIT Infrastructure due diligence, transition, and digital / application migration .

Technical Skills – Secondary (Nice to Have)

Experience or knowledge ofinsurance industry systems , technologies, and vendors.
