Senior Financial Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Support Specialist to join our global team.

As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for our financial modules.About the Role : Provide expert-level support for our financial modules, including Accounts Receivable, Customers, Billing, Collections, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.Resolve complex technical issues and deliver high-quality support within defined timelines.Collaborate with users during financial close processes across multiple regions.Perform rigorous testing during quarterly SaaS environment updates to ensure seamless functionality.Ensure SOX compliance and maintain detailed documentation aligned with ITIL standards.Requirements : Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, with a strong focus on financial modules and Brazilian localizations.Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP and at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud (Fusion).

Participation in at least 3 full-cycle implementation projects.Proficiency in BIP, PL / SQL, FBDI, ADFDi, SOAP, and REST.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field.Fluent in English.Your Future with Us : Dedicated professionals like you are the driving force behind our company's success.
