Site Operations Specialist

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Monitoring Engineer.Key Responsibilities : System Monitoring : The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring the operation status of our systems, recording key performance indicators through a user-friendly web interface.

In the event of anomalies, they will follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues to our maintenance engineers when necessary.Base Station Maintenance : The Monitoring Engineer will utilize automated tools to inspect base station status, handle faults, and send daily fault reports to our RTK experts.

They will also perform initial handling according to SOPs.Tech Support : This role requires providing timely technical support to NRTK specialists and users, responding within 30 minutes of receiving a request.Requirements : Education and Experience : A minimum of one year's experience in customer service, after-sales, or technical support is required, along with a high school education or above.Language Skills : Proficiency in English reading and writing is essential.Software Proficiency : The successful candidate must be proficient in office software, including Word, Excel, and email.Preferred Qualification : Prior work experience in software operations and maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.
