About the Role

CriticalRiver’s Salesforce Studio is seeking a Certified Salesforce CPQ Admin / Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience . This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization , alongside deep technical skills across both declarative configuration and programmatic development . You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce platform features such as roles, profiles, page layouts, record types, objects, and validation rules.
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both CPQ and core Salesforce functionality.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) to support timely delivery.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and CPQ enhancements to recommend continuous improvements.
