ResponsibilitiesMakes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the software and business needs for product managementParticipates with the business in research and feedback to inform platform product and feature needsIdentifies gaps and defines charters for new capabilities as requiredCompares features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release and makes trade-offsIdentifies innovations or performs test and learn experiments to create new product opportunitiesContributes near-term input for product management roadmapsUses metrics as a feedback loop into the backlog prioritiesDives deep into the work of the team and identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address themExhibits expertise within platform feature area and coordinates with interdependent teamsDigests business customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature setHas visibility into the design of the user experience using Workday IntegrationsDetermines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as neededContinuously monitors feature development at the feature levelReviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature setPrepares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature setsIdentifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and / or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadershipSupports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the feature
