Chief Java Data Architect

Senior Java EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer to lead the design, development and operation of large-scale data platforms using Java / Spring Boot, Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.Design, develop and evolve event-driven microservices using Java / Spring Boot with Kafka as the primary messaging backbone.Develop and optimize Kafka producers, consumers and stream-processing applications using Apache Flink (DataStream API, Table / SQL API and stateful processing).

Collaborate with solution architects, platform engineers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and production-ready deployments across the Kafka + Flink ecosystem.Own performance, reliability and scalability in production through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, cluster tuning, backpressure mitigation, checkpoint / savepoint management and horizontal scaling strategies.Enforce security and compliance standards across all data pipelines including encryption, role-based access control, auditing, data masking and secure schema evolution.Drive code reviews, architectural discussions and technical decision-making; champion best practices and continuous improvement.
