Precast Project Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

Lead precast projects from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, subconsultants, and agencies for seamless project delivery

Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure projects stay on track

Oversee project billing, client updates, quality assurance / quality control of deliverables, and project closeout

Mentor and develop project team members to enhance their technical and professional skills

Qualifications

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred

Minimum of 8 years of transportation experience in precast concrete design engineering for transportation infrastructure and underground structures

Precast project management experience

Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it

Proficiency in AutoCAD and RISA 3D

Preferred Qualifications

Proven client relationship and business development experience

Familiarity with ACI 318, ACI 350, ASCE-7, AASHTO, and IBC codes

Ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment

Adaptability and proactivity in meeting deliverables and deadlines

Strong commitment to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration and active listening
