Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at aihr, located in São Carlos, SP.

The Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, providing solutions and recommendations to clients, and implementing strategies to improve overall business performance.

Day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to clients.
