Work Model : Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite in Alphaville – Barueri, São Paulo)

We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. This role combines advanced enterprise architecture design with hands-on implementation of governance and modernization practices. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving initiatives that leverage cloud platforms and AI for digital transformation.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related areas
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman)
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL)
• Fluent in English (Advanced level required)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Understanding of AI and GenAI for digital transformation
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
