About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations for an expanding iGaming project in Brazil. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll build and scale operational processes while ensuring excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments including customer service, payments, and platform management
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with product and tech teams to optimize platform performance
• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
