Ensure consistent alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Execute control testing and document results within the Risk Control Framework, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.Monitor and analyze operational incidents, identifying root causes and proposing mitigation actions.Assist in planning and executing Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.Deliver training and awareness sessions to business units on operational risk and regulatory topics.Support the implementation of regulatory requirements within the CRO scope.Conduct ongoing risk monitoring activities in accordance with CMN Resolution 4,557 / 2017, ensuring the institution's risk management framework effectively identifies, measures, evaluates, monitors, reports, controls, and mitigates all relevant risks.Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.Solid understanding of operational risk management and regulations applied to banking institutions and the financial market.Ability to interpret and apply internal risk policies and external regulations.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.Proactive and self-motivated, with colaborative mindset.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Ability to manage priorities.We offer Two working days a year volunteering for a local charity.Health and wellness program, including healthy food, free health checks, fun health and vitality activities.Flexible hours with the possibility of working from homeCareer development opportunities : online learning, member development program.Additional information DLL's wellbeing ambition is to educate, equip and empower members to build connections, manage their mental, emotional, physical and financial wellbeing and maintain a balance between work and the other priorities that make up their lives.Our four categories of well-being are as follows : Connection - Create meaningful connections with other DLL membersHealth - Manage mental, emotional and physical healthFinance - Provide learning opportunities to help members achieve personal financial healthLifestyle - Maintaining a balance between work and life prioritiesWhat's important to our members is important to DLLInterested?
