Overview
We are looking for a skilled Lead Cloud Administrator to join our team as a specialist in Oracle Field Service Cloud.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving the platform to ensure its reliability and scalability.
Acting as a technical lead, you will provide strategic direction, oversee system enhancements, and equip business teams with robust, well-configured solutions that support operational success.
Responsibilities
Administer Oracle Field Service Cloud, including managing user access, roles, and permissions
Customize objects, fields, and page layouts to align with business needs
Design and maintain complex workflows, automations, and processes to improve system efficiency
Ensure data accuracy by managing imports, exports, cleansing, and backups
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to collect and analyze requirements
Align business needs with Oracle Field Service Cloud functionalities and contribute to scalable solution designs
Convert business requirements into functional specifications and assist with planning and implementation
Document support processes, create FAQs, and design training materials to foster user adoption
Collaborate with administrators and developers to address complex issues and escalations
Keep up-to-date with Oracle Field Service updates and share knowledge and best practices with the team and users
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in Field Service Operations
At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
Expert-level knowledge in Oracle Field Service Cloud administration, including user management, field and object configuration, page layout customization, and data management
Advanced proficiency in creating and maintaining workflows, automations, and process logic
Proven ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Experience in designing scalable solutions tailored to business needs
Track record of managing ERP-related projects, including planning and execution phases
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder interaction and the development of training resources
Excellent problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues
Proficient in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
Oracle Field Service certified implementation professional
Experience with Salesforce Lightning
Previous experience as a senior administrator
Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Hands-on expertise in analytics and dashboard creation
