CX Travel Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CX Travel Specialist to join our Customer Experience team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Amadeus and corporate travel management to support our global clients during night shifts.Manage bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals via Amadeus and other tools.Handle client requests, changes, and special services via WhatsApp and email.Process exchanges, refunds, EMDs, and monitor itineraries proactively.Support VIP and C-level travelers with high-touch, discreet service.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.Required Skills and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you must possess : Experience in luxury or corporate travel.Strong experience with Amadeus GDS (Air module) - Advanced level.Background in TMCs, agencies, or airlines.Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
