DevOps Engineer

Description

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to bring technical expertise, leadership in best practices, and hands-on execution to Prosigliere and its clients. You will help shape the future of our infrastructure, focusing on scalability, resilience, and just-in-time delivery.

In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure from the ground up, using best-in-class frameworks and providers to ensure our products grow smoothly with demand. You will work closely with our leaders, product team, engineers, and clients to educate and execute on IaaS principles and cloud best practices.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional problem solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions into our backend and frontend applications.
• Build and support our internal infrastructure, and our clients.
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to understand priorities and build infrastructure roadmaps.
• Migrate legacy infrastructure into a better state while you build the future state.
• Prototype and recommend CI / CD, IaaS and PaaS frameworks and tools.
• Responsible for audits and compliance reviews at the infrastructure level.
• Coach and mentor our engineers into cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Be accountable for successful product delivery
• Communicates effectively with team members, stakeholders and non-technical persons and also collaborates well within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring other engineers.
• Shows a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
