Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic plan for channel development and sales enablement within the Industrial Control DivisionManage a team of regional sales managers to assist in closing opportunities and achieving sales objectivesApprove and manage sales resources, including contracts and commission trackingCreate tools, training, and marketing collateral to enhance the presence of channel partners and meet sales targetsBuild and manage a team of data specialists to develop analytics and dashboards for improved business decision-makingQualifications
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and MarketingAt least 3 years of experience in direct management of othersProven track record of growing commercial sales in the industrial control marketExperience working with channel partners and direct sales forceBachelor\'s degree from an accredited institutionPreferred Qualifications
Master\'s Degree in Business Administration or a related fieldPrior experience with P&L ownershipBi-lingual ability is a plusAdditional Information
