Lead Full Stack Developer - C# and .NET for Agricultural Solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new features across front-end and back-end systems.

Analyze legacy systems and assess integration requirements.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams.

Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior / mid-level developers.

Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews).

Proactively identify and resolve system-wide issues, ensuring performance and scalability.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of software development experience.

Proven background in large-scale projects, development lifecycles, and Agile methodologies.

Experience leading teams and guiding architectural decisions.

Expert proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API.

Strong Entity Framework knowledge (database design & performance optimization).

Front-end development with Angular, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript.

Experience with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, Azure DevOps / Jira.

Azure Services (Service Bus, Redis) or similar cloud technologies.

UML, Domain Driven Design (DDD), or similar modeling methodologies.

Hybrid work model. Sao Pablo.
