Job Summary

Summary : Supervise food-service associates according to policies, procedures, and laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Train staff, assign work, evaluate performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Advise management on purchasing, focusing on minimizing waste and shortages.
• Ensure food quality using approved recipes and standards.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures.
• Store and label food items properly to reduce spoilage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Operate food-service equipment safely.
• Assist in serving and engage with customers during meal times.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
