We’re looking for a driven media buyer (2+ years of experience) to launch and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube .

We’re a fast-growing affiliate performance marketing team — and while we value experience, we’re equally open to someone with high work ethic, curiosity, and the drive to learn quickly. You’ll work directly with senior buyers managing large budgets and have the opportunity to grow into a creative strategy and leadership role over time.

Our team includes talented video editors, developers, and designers , giving you all the support needed to test and scale campaigns efficiently. You’ll be involved in ad creation, landing page optimization, and tracking setup , ensuring everything runs at peak performance.

This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. If you come from affiliate or direct-response lead generation, that’s a major plus.

This isn’t a “set it and forget it” agency role — it’s hands-on, dynamic, and results-driven. You’ll launch and optimize campaigns daily , test new creatives and angles, and think strategically about how to drive the best ROI possible.

About the Role

✅ Campaign Setup & Management – Launch and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

✅ Attention to Detail – Execute flawless setups and tracking with minimal errors.

✅ Project Tools – Work inside Trello, Ringba, Slack , and integrate emerging AI tools like Sora, ChatGPT, Arc Ads, Play.ht / ElevenLabs, and Veo 3 .

✅ Growth Potential – For the right person, this role can evolve into owning 2–3 platforms across 1–2 verticals and building your own team of editors, buyers, and developers beneath you.

Ideal Candidate

✅ Experience : 2+ years in media buying (intermediate / advanced level).

✅ Language : Fluent in English.

✅ Platforms : Experience on Meta, YouTube, or TikTok (bonus if you’ve worked across multiple).

✅ Affiliate Marketing Background : Preferred but not required.

✅ Mindset : Detail-oriented, proactive, and wanting to learn.
