Denodo Administrative SupportBusiness As Usual SupportTechnical Infrastructure ManagementHelp / Share Best Practices with DevelopersPOC on New Feature / Functionality / ChangesDenodo Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekends from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)Planned Downtime Support (twice a month for windows patching activity)Incident and Change ManagementCapacity Management and Life Cycle ManagementService Level Reporting (SLR) / Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)Report PromotionsCode Review, Code Optimization and Platform PromotionsData Sources Creation, Base view Creation / Refresh, Role Assignment, Service Account Creation / Setup, Implementation of Row / Column level securitySystem / Platform Upgrade SupportVendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)Disaster Recovery Testing
