Status / Shift : Full Time Days : 7am - 3pm; Part Time : 7am -1pm

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Must be over 18 years of age

Previous caregiver experience preferred

Valid driver's license with clean driving record may be required

Active CPR preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to assess and communicate effectively with residents

Expectations And Responsibilities

Assist residents in daily activities, encouraging independence

Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, grocery shopping, pet care, watering plants, and providing companionship

Perform light housekeeping and laundry, organize belongings, change linens

Observe and report changes in residents' physical, psychological, or emotional condition

Contribute to developing and documenting the Service Plan

Transport residents for appointments and activities

Escort residents to outside medical appointments

Assist in clerical duties in the Wellness Center

Perform basic emergency care procedures
