Sourcers at our company analyze the resumes of job candidates and use our unique AI technology to interact with them.

We will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting and AI, but you must be detail oriented and a fast learner. Notice, English is ok as our managers speak Spanish.

Compensation :

• Total compensation : $1,000–$2,000 / month (base plus commissions)
• 100% Remote
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
