Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts on large-scale projects. Act as the primary business counterpart in Salesforce projects. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements. Document detailed business requirements and collaborate with technical teams. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for process changes. Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including testing and adoption. Stay updated with industry trends and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in leading Business Analysts in Financial Services projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
