Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, CLT model and salary range is 17-23k real / mo.

MUST HAVE

3-4 years Back End and 4 years Front End Front end is React

They have to have experience working in Back End and WANT to work in GO

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience software development using JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with React or React Native, particularly with functional components and hooks.

Experience with statically typed languages such as Go, C, C++, or Rust.

Solid understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and RESTful APIs.

Proficiency in Redux, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.

Commitment to high-quality coding practices, including comprehensive documentation, active participation in code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development.

Passion for staying current with the latest software tools and methodologies.

Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

PLUS : Golang experience

D2D :

This specific project is focusing on the enhancements and new features of the Total Wine Website. This specific team works on rewards system and preference center (account information, opt in, etc.)

They have some work planned out in integrating promotion engineering

Doing maintenance work with core team. Updating versions of Node, Go and secruoty vulnerability work. Might pick up backlog of cart and checkout team as well

collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, backend engineers, test automation engineers, UX designers, and Scrum Masters to continuously enhance customer experience.

Develop and maintain modular frontend web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and testability.

Participate in the development and updating of shared component libraries to enable rapid iteration and consistent development practices.

Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers, fostering a sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

Cultivate a positive team atmosphere that encourages open communication, creative problem-solving, and innovative thinking.

Translate functional requirements into responsive components and pages with a mobile-first mentality, championing accessibility best practices.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications.

Contribute to code reviews and automated testing efforts, ensuring code quality and meeting coverage targets.

Participate in an on-call rotation with the entire digital and engineering organizations, including Directors and members of the Product team.
