Cloud Infrastructure Specialist - As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support high-volume financial transactions.

About the Role : The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, ECS / EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.

They will also have proven expertise with Kubernetes, Terraform, and other relevant tools and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving approach and ability to work independently in both office and remote settings.

Responsibilities : Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support high-volume financial transactions.

Build and manage CI / CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software deployments.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent and reproducible environments.

Deploy, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads.

Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability.

Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes to increase team efficiency.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.

Ensure security best practices across all infrastructure components.

Participate in on-call rotation to maintain 24 / 7 system availability.

Document infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in production environments.

Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles.

Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently whether in office or remote settings.

Passion for automation, reliability, and operational excellence.

Interest in financial technology and innovation.

PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) registration or willingness to obtain.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills : Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh.

Database administration experience.

Message queue systems experience.

Security and compliance tools experience.

Experience with financial systems and high-availability requirements.

Advanced Kubernetes features experience.

GitOps practices and tools experience.
