Job Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment journey for new riders, from attracting leads to making sure they’re ready to start, always following company standards.
  • Help test and compare different ads and landing pages (A / B tests) to find the best ways to attract new riders.
  • Use data to share clear insights with the team about market trends, competitor activities, and where the recruitment process can improve.
  • Assist in building and improving communication channels with riders, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align strategies that improve rider growth.

✅ Requirements :

  • This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026.
  • Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team.
  • A creative mindset for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets.
  • Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
