Business Development Manager - Sales Leadership Role...

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a group of sales associates in their day-to-day sales activity.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive plan for team sales activity, including pipeline and productivity metrics.

2. Manage both personal and team quota to drive revenue growth.

3. Support the wider leadership group on all active sales processes within the team.

4. Fulfill standard accountabilities of a Sales Associate in addition to the above objectives.

Requirements :

• Ability to anticipate, identify, and analyze problems and opportunities, establish priorities, and effectively apply resolutions.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial / sales issues preferably within a payroll / HR software and service environment.
• Ability to review and measure progress against specific criteria and take necessary corrective action where appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues / clients.
• Extensive direct selling experience, preferably within a payroll / HR software and service environment, and consistent overperformance.
• Team Leader / Sales Management experience (desirable).
