Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Pleno / Senior) iGaming

Location : Remote (Brazil)

Languages : Portuguese & English

A licensed online casino is launching a brand-new operation in Brazil, and we’re looking for skilled professionals to join as foundational members of our technical team.

This isn’t a typical startup story — we’re building on the massive success of a social casino brand that has operated in Brazil for a number of years and has a mature CRM. Now, we’re leveraging that legacy to deliver a fresh and unique casino experience in a highly competitive market.

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a core role in shaping this greenfield project, working directly with leadership, product, and DevOps teams to build a secure, scalable, and engaging platform — completely free from legacy code.

What You’ll Do :

Design & Develop : Build core components of the frontend (Next.js) and backend-for-frontend (Node.js) for a B2C platform, contributing significantly to the technical roadmap.
Deliver Core Features : Develop critical user-facing features such as registration / login flows, a dynamic game lobby, and loyalty / gamification systems.
Lead Integrations : Implement integrations with licensed operator APIs for wallet, authentication, and KYC.
Cloud & DevOps Collaboration : Work hands-on with AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, S3, etc.) and partner with DevOps to maintain CI / CD pipelines with high availability.
Code Quality & Culture : Write secure, testable, and high-quality code while contributing to a culture of technical excellence through reviews and collaboration.

What You Bring :

4+ years of full stack development experience, with a proven track record using React / Next.js, Node.js, and PHP.

Strong knowledge of modern frontend architecture, API design, and security principles for handling sensitive data.

Hands-on experience with AWS in production (ECS, EC2, RDS, CloudWatch).

A product-focused mindset, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration with a distributed team.

Nice to Have :

Previous iGaming industry experience.

Familiarity with promotional / CRM tools (e.g., Smartico, Optimove).

Knowledge of video bingo, slots, or online casino products.

Professional proficiency in Spanish.
