Position : BI AnalystsLocation : Brazil RemoteDuration : 12+ monthsRate : DOE We are seeking BI Analysts with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of evaluating and transforming dashboard landscapes, performing data exploration, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

The selected professional will directly influence the effectiveness of data products and the organization's ability to respond to evolving business needs.Key RequirementsExperience analyzing and documenting dashboards and data products ("as-is" and "to-be" landscapes)Proficiency in data exploration, profiling, and gap analysisKnowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse conceptsPower BI data modeling skills (Tableau experience also considered)Ability to validate and test dashboards for data accuracy and user requirements (including UAT)Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholdersExperience documenting metadata, data definitions, lineage, and transformation logicAbility to develop user guides and support ad-hoc analysisFluent English is mandatory
