What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Train and develop hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies and processes

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for healthcare roles

Collaborate with Operations and Human Resources to meet recruitment objectives

Manage the applicant database and ensure timely reporting of recruitment metrics

Participate in the creation and maintenance of recruitment and retention plans

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience (4 years) in recruitment or human resources

Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a healthcare recruiter; three (3) years preferred

Willingness to travel in-state / out of state for training, job fairs, and corporate meetings

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication skills for effective updates and collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proven success in partnering with HR Business Partners to achieve recruitment goals

Creative approach to building relationships and community awareness

Experience organizing and leading job fairs and community events

Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced or crisis situations

Willingness to support fellow Talent Acquisition Partners as needed
