Overview
Director of Software Engineering – Sao Paulo, Brazil. This role is referenced as Engineering Director - Local Cards & Site Lead with responsibilities around leading engineering initiatives and site leadership for local card operations.
Responsibilities
- To be the ENGINEERING DIRECTOR WEEM, leading Operations Capex Strategy & Project Portfolio on time in full. Typically, this would be $150M per year, aiming to support the strong volume and transformation ambition in Emerging Markets for the near future.
- Involve capacity expansion through current installations and new factory initiatives to meet demand and growth goals.
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams to execute projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory / compliance requirements.
