As a Senior Analyst, Talent Management, this role is central to building a strong talent ecosystem across AES's businesses in different countries. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders, this position helps bring the Talent Strategy to life globally. The role requires good project management skills, communications, sense of ownership, ability to learn, adapt and deliver at a fast-paced area.

Additionally, this role supports a wide range of development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and building a workforce ready to accelerate the future of energy, together

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across countries to implement and execute AES's Talent Strategy.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver core talent processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and assessment management, leveraging Workday as the central platform.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of talent initiatives, from process design and system testing to communications and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support and scale development programs across the talent pipeline, from entry-level initiatives (e.g., Global Energy4Talent) to mid-level leadership development.
  • Use talent data and reporting to identify trends, monitor progress, and generate insights that inform decisions and strengthen AES's talent ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with global and local HR teams to ensure alignment and adoption of talent practices.
  • Continuously improve talent processes and tools by identifying opportunities for innovation, simplification, and increased effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in talent management to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to AES.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree required : Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related areas.
  • Experience to create, design, coordinate, and deliver talent initiatives, while also understanding how to prepare Workday system as a central platform to execute processes such as annual performance cycles, talent reviews, talent discussions, reporting, succession planning and assessment management.
  • Usage and knowledge in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); experience with HRIS systems strongly preferred (e.g., Workday)
  • Project management skills are required
  • Fluent communication in both English and Spanish
  • Sense of ownership, ability to learn, adapt and deliver at a fast-paced area
